Wat je hier ziet, en wat niet
De status is afgeleid uit de patchgeschiedenis: kreeg dit toestel de laatste ronde die zijn productlijn dekte, ja of nee.
Sinds de laatste update van dit toestel verschenen er 7 beveiligingsupdates voor nieuwere toestellen in dezelfde lijn.
Overslaan is niet hetzelfde als stoppen. In onze data zijn er toestellen die tot 21 rondes oversloegen en daarna tóch weer een beveiligingsupdate kregen — Apple bedient oudere toestellen op een aparte, tragere tak. Daarom zeggen we hier niet dat de ondersteuning voorbij is.
Wij kennen geen einddatum voor de ondersteuning van dit toestel. Apple publiceert die niet. Zodra de Europese productdatabase EPREL die gegevens levert, komt er een verwachte einddatum bij — nu zou dat een gok zijn.
